Sinnissippi Centers Announces New Chief Operating Officer

Sinnissippi Centers is pleased to announce the promotion of Stacie Kemp from Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to Chief Operating Officer (COO).

As Chief Operating Officer Kemp will now have the responsibility of overseeing all day to day operations and reports to Sinnissippi’s President/CEO Patrick Phelan. When she was CCO Kemp had been responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the agency.

Kemp served as a clinician with Sinnissippi Centers’ Mt. Carroll office from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2008 Kemp worked in various leadership roles in child welfare in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. From 2008 to 2015 she worked at Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, serving as Director of Performance and Quality Improvement and IT Business Collaboration. Kemp re-joined Sinnissippi Centers in 2015 becoming Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer.
