The Oregon Hawks set a school record by rolling a 6,182 to qualify for the State Series in Rockford next weekend. Rebecca Meyers led Oregon with a 1,353 which was good enough for 2nd place overall. Dixon Sophomore, Tori Baker punched her ticket to State rolling a 1,261 for the Duchesses.

The Sterling Girls Bowling Team competed today in the East Moline Sectional. The Golden Warriors finished in 8th place in the 12 team field. The high series for Sterling was Senior Zoey Paone with an 1155 6 game series. Paone finished in 10th place overall and just missed out on going to the State Bowling meet.
