No matter what kind of business you are in there is always at least one challenging person – whether it be a customer, client or co-worker -that makes you want to pull your hair out! Trying to diffuse the situation with an angry customer or co-worker is challenging but there are specific actions you can take to turn anger, disappointment, and dissatisfaction into a positive experience.
During this interactive workshop you will: Recognize common personality types that are challenging to deal with, Identify triggers that facilitate less than desirable behavior, Know when to stand your ground to protect your business and your employees.
The event entitled Strategies for Dealing with Challenging Customers, Clients and Co-Workers will be held at the Nash Center in Oregon on Wednesday January 22 from 3-6 pm. The Nash Center is at 305 S. 5th Street. Tickets are $45 for Chamber members and $55 for Non-Members.
