Byron Man Arrested for Criminal Sex Assault on a Child

On Thursday August 8th, the Ogle County Sheriff’s Department arrested 54 year old Duane Upchurch, of Byron for Predatory Criminal Sex Assualt on a Child and on an Aggravated Criminal Sex Abuse warrant. Upchurch has a bond of $500,000. Upchurch was taken to the Ogle County Jail where he will appear in court today.Read more »
